About ABA Growth
Who is ABA Growth for?
Owner-operators: the BCBAs who started a clinic because they were good at the clinical work and inherited a small business along the way. Every article starts from a question a clinic owner actually asked.
What does ABA Growth cover?
The business problems that decide whether an ABA clinic grows: hiring and keeping RBTs, cancellations and scheduling, utilization of authorized hours, referral relationships, what parents look for when choosing a provider, competing with large providers, and growing the clinic itself, in person and online.
Is anything here clinical, legal, or billing advice?
No. Everything on the site is educational content for clinic owners. Decisions about a child's treatment belong with the BCBA and family who know the child, and payer and employment questions belong with your contracts and counsel.
Who writes the articles?
The ABA Growth editorial team. ABA Growth is independently published. When a claim rests on published guidance, certification board rules, or payer policy, the article says so, and when it is practical consensus from operators, it says that instead.
Can I suggest a question or send a correction?
Yes, through the contact page. Questions that keep showing up become articles, and if we got a number, rule, or payer policy wrong, we fix the article and note the change.
Can I send details about a client?
Please don't. Questions are welcome, but client information and anything covered by HIPAA should never be sent through the site.
